How to make Su-Miso

One of classic side dish of Japanese cuisine, Su-Miso 酢味噌. We dress so many kids of ingredients with this delicious, refreshing and nutritious 酢味噌(Su Miso) in Jaoan, not only vegetables and seaweeds but also fish, squid, octopus, shellfish or konjak. The name of the dish is often called ぬた"Nuta".
