Oyster 6 pieces
Koji and Co Chickpea Shiro Miso 1 TBS
Cooking Sake 3 TSP
Japanese mayonnaise (or vegan mayonnaise) 1 TSP
1. Preheat oven to 180℃
2. Make Miso pMake Miso paste. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
3. Place rock salt or aluminium foil on a baking tray, arrange oyster on rock salt.
4. Cover oyster with mixed Miso paste. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
