Koji and co's online class has just launched, and the first theme is... AMAZAKE!

 

Let's start 2024 with the delicious Amazake, wherever you live in Australia.


The class comes with 400g of Dried Koji (A.oryzae 200g + A.luchuensis(citric) 200g on Australia Biodynamic rice) to your door.

3 types of Amazake with 4 different methods, plus 5 recipes using Amazake including how to cook rice in a pot  

 

This means you can make at least 4 batches of Amazake paste in your kitchen, depending on your equipment and lifestyle.

The only tools you will definitely need are a thermometer and a kitchen scale

Other than that, Saeko will introduce 4 ways of Amazake making so that you can make with what you have got in your kitchen. (You can do even if you don't have a yogurt maker!)

While it is not necessary for this workshop, Koji and co recommends a yogurt maker from Kuvings Australia. You will get $30 discount with the discount code '30KOJI'.

It includes the follow-up by Saeko for 1 months, Saeko will answer to your questions about Amazake making as a follow-up.

One of the aims for this class is for you to taste the distinctive flavour of Amazake made with Koji of Koji spores from Kawachi Genichiro Shoten. 
For this class, we only accept attendees from Australia.

Please make sure to enter your postal address on checking out, so that we can send Rice Koji prior to the class

 

 

Cancellation and refund policy for online classes

If you cancel the course booking within 10 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the class without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.

Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 10-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 10 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. 

If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the class commences during the 10-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the class materials, no refund will be payable.
