Food Safety is our biggest focus on production

Our Koji fermented foods are produced based on our own HACCP Food Safety Program approved by Department of Health and Human Services in the state of Victoria, Australia.

The program was built based on professional methods, studies and advises directly given to us by experts in Japan.
