Koji and co workshop is back at our own commercial kitchen in West Footscray!
Would you like to make your own Chickpea Shiro Miso that is exactly the same as our Shiro Miso used at very popular cafes in Melbourne? Would you like to learn about the ancient superfood Amazake from Japan?
Here is the opportunity for a hands-on workshop in our kitchen to make Chickpea Shiro Miso and to learn how we can use Amazake and Shiro Miso in our everyday cooking!
Unlike Aka Miso, our Shiro Miso that uses abundant amount of fresh Koji will be ready in 2 months. This means you will have your own Chickpea Miso to share with your families and friends during Christmas holiday season!
Saeko will also provide with some basic knowledge about Koji fermentation.
Come along with your friends!
*Using our own commercial Kitchen space means there is enough room for everyone to make their own Miso in a safe environment and enough space. This means the Miso you make and take home will only be touched and mixed by yourself.

Cancellations by Participants more than 8 days before the workshop will be refunded.

Cancellations by Participants within 3 – 7 days of the workshop will be given a credit, which can be used to purchase supplies or book another workshop, or you can send someone else in your place.

Cancellations by Participants within 2 days of a workshop (or no shows on the day) will not receive a credit or refund; however you can send someone else in your place.
