Let’s make the traditional Japanese fermented food Ume Boshi with local ingredients in Melbourne!
Junko is a home-based passionate fermenter , she will show you all the methods, tips and instruction to make Ume Boshi with apricots. She will also share some recipes for dishes using Ume boshi.
We will provide ALL THE INGREDIENTS and EQUIPMENTS including fresh apricots, Pink lake Salt and the 4L Glass jar from MUJI…!
So please just come and learn so that you will be able to do on your own in the next season!
