Miso-marinated grilled salmon
Koji and co’s friend Yuka has shared this authentic salmon grill recipe.
Ingredients
Salmon Fillet x 2
[Miso-zuke]
*Mirin 25 ml
*Cooking Sake 25ml
*Koji and Co Chick pea Shiro Miso 75g
*Sugar 35g
Method
1. Mix *[Miso-zuke] together
2. Marinate the Salmon fillet in the [Miso-zuke] for 48 hours in fridge for the best results.
3. Preheat a frypan or grill. Cook Salmon until golden brown on both sides with oil. Once ready, serve it and enjoy.
