Yuzu-Shio Koji marinated grilled snapper
One of our customers at Alphington Farmers Market Sachi-san has shared this recipe.
Ingredients
1 Snapper fillet (around 240g)
Koji and Co Yuzu Shio Koji heaped 1 TBS
oil
Method
1. Cut snapper fillet into preferable size and coat throughly on the surface. It is better to wrap for the best result.
2. Leave the fillets in the fridge for a half day.
3. Preheat a frypan or grill. Grill the fillets for about 5 minutes on both sides. Once ready, serve it and enjoy.
