Oyster with Shio Koji dressing

 

A Melbourne-based Japanese chef Tamayo has shared a recipe of Shio Koji with oyster.

 

Ingredients

Oyster 6 pieces

Koji and Co Shio Koji         1 TSP

Extra virgin olive oil.          1 TBS

fresh lemon juice.               1 - 2 TSP

grated ginger, spring onion, chilli to taste

 

 Method

1. Mix Shio Koji, olive oil, lemon juice in a small bowl

2. Put the dressing on fresh oyster, serve with grated ginger, spring onion and sliced chilli
